We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, return the un-used item within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect we will replace it. Unfortunately, any product that has been used, even once, cannot be returned. All unused, product must be returned with all its original packaging. All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returned items will be inspected prior to any credit issued. All customers are responsible for shipping charges and any additional duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or insurance fees.
